Learn to honor your body and mind with simple practices and food choices that will help you maintain balance and calm throughout your day. This class includes an introduction to Ayurveda, the 5000 year old healing philosophy of ancient India, as well as strategies for balancing your unique body/mind constitution. Sample Ayurvedic foods and discover helpful supports to relax and soothe your mind and body.
